At Playful Flame Glassworks, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the fragile and handmade nature of our glass ornaments, we have the following refund and exchange policies:

 

*Damaged or Defective Items*

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.

 

*Returns and Exchanges*

 

Due to the fragile nature of our glass ornaments, all sales are final. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for an exchange subject to availability. The item must be in its original condition, with all original packaging and tags included. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping charge

 

*Exceptions*

 

Due to the handmade and unique nature of our glass ornaments, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are made to order or customized.
